Dawn M. Berry, Principal
Dawn is an expert in full life-cycle systems development, leading and launching mission critical large scale software applications servicing the financial, manufacturing and publishing industries. She has spearheaded and implemented complex, scalable system integration projects that have achieved cost savings and revenue growth on a variety of plaforms.

Dawn has in-depth business knowledge of the financial sector having spent over a decade designing systems for AXA/Alliance Bernstein and Chevron Texaco. Her domain expertise focuses on buy-side research and portfolio management systems as well as equity, derivatives, FX and commodities trading. Outside the financial sector, Dawn has developed on-demand SaaS CRM and CM applications for HarperCollins Publishers and Cap Gemini. She has experience in hiring, mentoring and managing global development teams - onshore and offshore - and partnering with software and market data vendors, custodians, and broker/dealer operations worldwide.

 

Robert Sztybel Principal
Robert is an expert in business strategy, product innovation and mobility. Since founding Prognetix he has helped dozens of companies from various industries with development, technology transfer, market positioning and launch strategy. Prior to Prognetix Robert held marketing leadership roles at leading mobile accessory makers. He is credited with conceiving and creating the world's first mobile computing accessory products, as well as the retail category, for PORT (now Targus Group). He invented products and devised the ID that still defines the Targus line. Before PORT, Mr. Sztybel managed PR and global strategic marketing for IBM's then newly introduced and now popular ThinkPad laptops, introducing and rapidly developing a strong brand identity through an aggressive media reviews program. He established and led the IBM ThinkNext industrial design program in the strategic planning, design and creation of new ThinkPad platforms. He was also a mobility advisor to the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. His contributions are cited in the book ThinkPad, A Different Shade of Blue (Dell, Purdy 2000 SAMS Publishing).

Before ThinkPad, Sztybel was a program manager for IBM's AWACS and P3 airborne military computers, managing production and depot support and overseeing development of the AWACS CC2E upgrade. Robert is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds degrees from the Wharton School and the School of Engineering. He shares an Apex award for his role developing the ThinkPad 750 series. He is author of the US patents underlying AnyWare Radio, a personalized, on-demand audio platform for wireless phones.
