  • We work closely with project members and requesters, identifying deliverables and functions throughout a project's SDLC and ensuring that projects or efforts are adequately planned and properly managed. Our deep systems knowledge allows us to estimate project timelines to the business for actual code work and shift tasks around accordingly based on client priorities.

  • We log, track, and resolve project-related issues using web-based test management software. This allows us to monitor defects, maintain a custom issues log and manage QA testing. Database driven status reports can be run adhoc to communicate issues to executives or peers.
